EAM PRESERVATION

The Just Ranch at Snow Mountain Ranch is one of the most significant surviving historic ranch complexes in Colorado’s Fraser Valley. Established in the mid-1880s by Austrian immigrant Carl Just and expanded over multiple generations by the Just family, the property documents the evolution of a high-altitude homestead into a substantial agricultural enterprise encompassing hay production, cattle, sheep, and poultry operations.

The project evaluated 17 separate structures and the surrounding landscape.  The finish report provide detailed analysis, recommendations and historic context for each structure.
